Buyresidentialproxy / Reviews / liveproxies Residential Proxy
We purchased and tested LiveProxies residential proxies ourselves instead of relying only on advertised performance figures. In our 1,000-request benchmark, 985 requests succeeded and 15 failed, producing a 98.50% success rate, with an average response time of 2.71 seconds.
Based on this test, LiveProxies delivered good connection reliability and a reasonably fast average response time. However, the 15 failed requests and one 25.59-second slow response show that performance was not fully consistent.
This benchmark retained the same IP throughout, so it measures sticky-session stability rather than per-request IP rotation performance.
LiveProxies Test Results at a Glance

Success Rate | 98.50% |
Failure Rate | 1.50% |

We Purchased and Tested LiveProxies Ourselves
A proxy provider can advertise millions of IPs and a near-perfect success rate, but those numbers do not necessarily tell you what will happen when you actually send requests through its network.
That is why we took a different approach for this LiveProxies review.
We purchased residential proxy traffic, configured the proxies, and ran our own benchmark rather than simply repeating the specifications published on the LiveProxies website.
Our main performance benchmark consisted of 1,000 real requests.
We recorded:
- successful requests;
- failed requests;
- success rate;
- failure rate; and
- average response time.
LiveProxies completed 985 of 1,000 requests, producing a 98.50% success rate. This was a good result for connection reliability, although 15 failed requests and one long response show that performance was not perfectly consistent.
The same IP remained active throughout our benchmark, so this test measures sticky-session performance rather than per-request IP rotation.
Test #1: LiveProxies 1,000-Request Success Rate
Our first test measured whether LiveProxies residential proxies could complete a high number of requests reliably.
We sent 1,000 requests through the LiveProxies network and recorded the outcome of every request.

Results:
Successful: 985/1000
Failed: 15/1000
Success Rate: 98.50%
Failure Reasons 1.50%
Proxy Error, Disconnection
A 98.50% success rate is a good result. LiveProxies completed most requests in this benchmark, although 15 requests failed.
For web scraping, price monitoring, SERP research, and other workflows that can retry occasional failed requests, this level of completion should be practical. However, projects that require near-perfect request reliability should test LiveProxies against their own target websites.
This benchmark used the same IP throughout, so it measures sticky-session reliability rather than per-request rotation.
Test #2: LiveProxies Response Time
Success rate tells us whether requests complete.
It does not tell us how long they take.
So we also recorded response time during our test.
Our Average Response Time: 2.71 Seconds
Across our benchmark, LiveProxies averaged 2.71 seconds per request.
We would describe this as reasonably fast for a residential proxy network.
But speed needs context.
Residential proxies route traffic through residential devices rather than conventional datacenter infrastructure. Location, routing, the target server, and the quality of individual residential connections can therefore affect latency.
The fastest request completed in 2.22 seconds, while the slowest took 25.59 seconds. This shows that the average was good, but occasional requests could take much longer.
For our test, the more interesting finding was the combination of:
98.50% success rate + 2.71-second average response time
LiveProxies provided good average speed and a solid completion rate in our benchmark, though the 15 failed requests and one slow outlier show it was not perfectly consistent.
LiveProxies Residential Proxy Features
Now let’s separate our test results from what LiveProxies currently advertises and what we could configure in its dashboard.
LiveProxies offers rotating residential proxies with per-request rotation and sticky sessions of up to 60 minutes. Its rotating residential product advertises coverage in 50+ countries, while its enterprise site promotes a 10M+ IP pool. It also offers separate static residential and rotating mobile proxy products.
These are provider-reported specifications. Our 1,000-request test measures performance in our test environment; it does not independently verify the total pool size, all locations, or all targeting availability.
LiveProxies Residential Proxy Overview
Feature | LiveProxies Specification |
|---|---|
IP Pool | 10M+ advertised IPs for enterprise plans |
Countries | 50+ advertised countries |
Geo Targeting | Country, city, zone, and network/ASN filters where available |
Rotation | New IP on each request |
Concurrent Sessions | Up to 60 minutes |
Traffic Expiration | Unlimited requests advertised |
Protocols | HTTP & SOCKS5 |
Authentication | Username/password and IP whitelisting |
Dashboard & Setup Experience
The LiveProxies dashboard shows your active plan, remaining bandwidth, remaining time, and traffic usage on the overview screen.
Its proxy generator allows you to configure:
Protocol → Output Format → Proxy Type → Country → Network Filter → Zone → Generate
In our dashboard, we could choose HTTP, select an export format such as HOST:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD, set the proxy type to rotating, choose a country, apply a network/ASN filter, and enter a zone before generating a proxy list.
The dashboard also shows separate connection details for HTTP and SOCKS5. For sticky sessions, LiveProxies uses a sticky identifier in the proxy format, with sticky sessions listed as lasting up to 60 minutes.

Other visible dashboard controls include:
- bandwidth usage and remaining traffic;
- data transfer history;
- order history;
- usage analytics; and
- IP whitelisting.
This setup is useful for users who want to create country- or zone-specific proxy credentials without manually building connection strings.
LiveProxies also offers static residential and rotating mobile products. These are separate services from the rotating residential proxy configuration tested in this review.
LiveProxies Residential Proxies Pros and Cons
Pros
- 98.50% success rate in our 1,000-request sticky-session test
- Reasonably fast 2.71-second average response time
- Same IP remained stable throughout the benchmark
- Country, city, zone, and network/ASN targeting options
- Rotating and sticky sessions
Cons
- 15 failures in 1,000 requests
- One request took 25.59 seconds, showing response-time variability
- 50+ countries
Who Should Consider LiveProxies Residential Proxies?
LiveProxies may be worth considering for users who need sticky-session stability, practical geo-targeting controls, and reasonable response times.
It can be suitable for:
- country-, city-, zone-, or network-targeted website checks;
- ad verification and localized QA testing;
- price monitoring and SERP research;
- browser automation that needs the same IP for a session;
- public web-data collection with retry logic; and
- users who want HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy credentials generated from a dashboard.
In our sticky-session benchmark, LiveProxies delivered a 98.50% success rate with a 2.71-second average response time. This makes it a practical option for many scraping, monitoring, and automation workflows.
However, the test recorded 15 failed requests and one 25.59-second response. Users with strict uptime or latency requirements should use request timeouts, retries, and test LiveProxies directly against their own target websites. Per-request rotation should also be tested separately before scaling.
